Cancellation Policy
Avoid a cancelation fee, please cancel or reschedule at least 24hrs in advance. APPOINTMENT POLICY Walk-ins are always welcome but services are available by appointment only. A $50 deposit is required for scheduling and will be charged if an appointment is not canceled OR rescheduled 24 hours in advance. If you prefer not to use your debit or credit card to reserve your appointment, please feel free to stop by and pay your $50 deposit in person. It will be applied to the balance on the day of your appointment. You will receive a confirmation notice 24 hrs prior to your appointment. Please take the time to confirm your appointment by clicking on the link sent. You may receive a friendly reminder from our reception desk if no confirmation is received. If you are late, it will cut into your treatment time or could cause your appointment to be cancelled. If you are running late, let us know as soon as possible and we will try to accommodate you without disrupting other client’s appointments. NKDskin reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Aestheticians and Laser Technicians are normally available by request. However, if your service provider is unavailable, your appointment will be automatically taken by our next available technician without notice. CANCELATION POLICY NKDskin Aesthetics has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Our company has a special spot reserved for you that already incurred in expenses for the company, for that reason, if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment please give us 24-hour notice so we can make the time available to other clients. Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment will result a $50 cancelation fee, forfeiture of prepaid services booked, cancelation of specials and comps, and unavailability to book online.
